Business Analyst – French

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing AI company, is looking for a bilingual Business Analyst to help fine‑tune large language models. You will work remotely, analysing content, validating claims and creating training scenarios that improve AI performance. The position will involve collaborating with AI researchers and product teams to translate business problems into model improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Answer analytical questions and design scenarios that train LLMs to provide more accurate responses.
• Read, summarise and break down large documents, conduct online research and validate statements.
• Provide detailed feedback and annotations to help models learn from corrected answers.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French with strong analytical and research abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and commit to at least 20 hours per week with overlap to US Pacific Time.
• Reliable desktop or laptop, high‑speed internet and a suitable home office setup.
