Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead student recruitment, business development, account management and marketing events for B2B channels across the assigned region. You will work closely with company directors to develop and implement strategies that promote international student recruitment for GUS universities and colleges.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all student recruitment activities and B2B partnerships in the designated region.
• Collaborate with directors to create and execute marketing and sales strategies for international student recruitment.
• Manage relationships with education agents and develop new business opportunities.
• Represent GUS institutions located in Europe, North America or Asia.

Required profile

• Proven experience in student recruitment for French higher‑education institutions.
• Professional fluency in French.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Significant experience in the education sector, especially colleges and universities.
• Experience developing business in new and existing regions and working with B2B education‑agent partnerships.
