Caissier/ère – Service à la clientèle

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and responsible cashier to join our Québec store. The position is full‑time, permanent, and involves providing excellent customer service at the checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer service at the cash register.
• Process sales transactions accurately and professionally.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform any additional tasks related to the cashier role.

Required profile

• Smiling, responsible, and enjoys teamwork.
• Available to work a schedule that includes one evening per week (Thursday or Friday) and weekend shifts.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an asset.

Required skills

• Comfortable using a computerized point‑of‑sale system.
