Campaign & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is looking for a Campaign & Social Media Specialist to join its Marketing team. The role will support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, local activations and social media content across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of offline and online marketing campaigns and local activations, ensuring timelines, assets and stakeholder approvals are met.
• Assist in the organization and execution of events, promotions and community initiatives, tracking deliverables and materials.
• Manage editorial calendars, coordinate the creation of social media visuals and copy, adapt content for different platforms and local markets, and schedule and publish posts.
• Act as a liaison between marketing, creative, operations and external vendors, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
• Monitor basic performance indicators for campaigns and social media, collect insights and help prepare regular summary reports.

Required profile

• Experience in campaign coordination, social media or marketing support roles.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong communication abilities.
