Chargé(e) de Communication et Capitalisation de Projet

About the role

The Initiative Prospective Agricole et Rurale (IPAR) Think Tank, an African think‑tank based in Senegal, is looking for a Communication and Project Capitalisation Officer. The role will develop, implement and monitor communication plans for IPAR’s projects and ensure the coherence of all communication activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and track communication plans for IPAR projects.
• Ensure consistency of communication outputs across programmes and partner activities.
• Support operational communication initiatives aimed at internal and external audiences.
• Contribute to the valorisation of project results, data and publications.
• Collaborate with the Research & Scientific Development Directorate, the Communication & Influence Department head, the capitalisation manager, thematic coordinators, project leaders and research teams to identify communication and knowledge‑sharing priorities.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating communication activities for research‑oriented projects.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion and zero‑tolerance policies.
