Chargé(e) de Projet – suivi transversal de chantiers

About the role

Structure B SA, a real‑estate developer based in Dakar, is looking for a Project Manager to ensure transversal monitoring of all its construction sites from launch to delivery. Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Division, the incumbent will maintain a 360° view of each project’s progress.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a 360° tracking spreadsheet that lists actions required for each site.
• Monitor overall progress of each project in collaboration with technical work controllers.
• Issue weekly objective reminders per site and follow up on their completion.
• Trigger early alerts when deadlines or decisions pose a risk of deviation.
• Cross‑reference information between Technical, Administrative/Finance and Commercial divisions.
• Escalate issues to management that require decisions or arbitration.

Required profile

• Rigorous and methodical, comfortable with project monitoring and management tools.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to follow up and raise alerts without creating unnecessary tension.
• At least one prior experience in coordination or project management, preferably in construction or real‑estate.
