About the role

ACTIS Learning & Innovation, a training and pedagogical engineering firm based in Dakar, is looking for a Digital Marketing and Communication Officer to strengthen its online presence and support business development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage ACTIS’ social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) – define editorial line, create content and grow the community.
• Lead B2B marketing prospecting by identifying universities, companies, NGOs and public institutions and initiating contact to promote training and AI‑driven innovation services.
• Enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns and strategic communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and community management.
• Strong B2B prospecting skills, including outreach, follow‑up and lead tracking.
• Excellent written French communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Familiarity with the education or training sector is a plus.
