Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and risk management. The CFO will ensure the organization’s financial health, protect revenues and profits, and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy and risk management framework.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead finance‑related departments and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Protect and optimize company revenues and profits to achieve full financial control.
• Provide strategic insight to support sustainable growth and investment decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (BSc/BA required; MSc/MBA a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level experience as a CFO, finance officer, or equivalent.
• In‑depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• CPA certification is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using financial management software such as SAP.
• Data analysis and forecasting methods.
