Commercial HSSE Implementer

About the role

The Commercial HSSE Implementer will support Retail, B2B and HR functions in identifying and managing health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) risks, ensuring compliance with policies, standards and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate compliance reviews for HSSE policies, standards and environmental laws, track remedial actions and achieve 100% compliance.
• Support risk management by contributing to HEMP studies, providing ALARP advice and maintaining risk registers.
• Implement HSSE management system (MS) targets, develop annual action plans and monitor monthly performance.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, conduct HSSE inductions, trainings and investigations, and cascade lessons learned.
• Monitor contractor HSSE performance, participate in internal and external audits, and conduct site inspections.

Required profile

• Graduate in engineering or equivalent; Master in QHSSE preferred.
• 3‑5 years of HSSE experience in oil or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE policies, standards, procedures and ISO management systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.
