Compliance Training Supervisor

About the role

The Compliance Training Supervisor will design, deliver and manage compliance training programs for partners, sub‑agents and employees of Ria Money Transfer. The role ensures that all stakeholders understand and follow internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards, fostering a strong culture of compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously update compliance training curricula covering Code of Conduct, Anti‑Bribery, Data Privacy, Ethics, Workplace Safety and related topics.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual training sessions for partners, sub‑agents and internal staff.
• Maintain training calendars, track attendance and keep accurate training records.
• Develop engaging learning materials such as presentations, guides and case studies.
• Monitor training completion rates, generate performance dashboards and report on training outcomes.
• Identify regulatory gaps in African money‑transfer operations and conduct compliance visits within the partner network.
• Perform regulatory reviews, create monitoring dashboards and produce summary reports highlighting deficiencies and remediation actions.
• Respond to partner and correspondent requests, update KYC files and support access‑management issues.
• Collaborate with COB, Business, Legal, Operations and QA teams to address compliance concerns and facilitate ethical decision‑making workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Compliance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management or training.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to the money‑transfer industry.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
