Creator Partnerships & Talent Operations Intern

About the role

Kaddu, a creative cultural partnerships agency, is looking for a motivated intern to support its creator partnerships and talent operations. This three‑month paid internship is remote and open to candidates based in Senegal who are fluent in French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify creators that match Kaddu’s campaign opportunities.
• Build detailed creator profiles and maintain outreach lists.
• Support creator partnership communications and follow‑up.
• Collect rates, analytics, media kits, demographics, and availability information.
• Assist in onboarding creators, coordinating campaigns, and tracking relationships.

Required profile

• College student or recent graduate with a degree in marketing, communications, business, cultural studies or a related field.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, reliable and detail‑oriented.
• Interest in brand campaigns, creator partnerships, social media and cultural sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and creator content trends.
