Digital Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Communication Manager to shape and drive the online presence of Tam Tam FinConnect, a Senegalese fintech platform supporting SMEs and startups. You will own the digital strategy, create compelling content, and turn audience engagement into qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the digital strategy, including positioning, priorities and roadmap.
• Produce end‑to‑end visual content (photo, video, editing) for all channels.
• Develop and maintain the brand’s graphic charter.
• Manage and grow communities on Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Run performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to generate qualified leads.
• Handle digital client interactions such as messages and comments.
• Lead institutional communication and coordinate events.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven strategic focus.
• Hands‑on expertise in photography, video shooting and editing.
• Experience creating graphic charters and managing online communities.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and GA4.
• Background in startups, fintech or high‑tempo digital environments is a plus.
• Fluent in French, Wolof required, English appreciated.
