Entrepreneurship Trainer – Investo Project (Senegal)

About the role

The E4Impact Foundation is seeking four experienced entrepreneurship trainers to support the Investo In Senegal project across the regions of Thiès, Saint‑Louis, Matam and Louga. Trainers will lead interactive workshops and provide hands‑on guidance to entrepreneurs and social‑economy organisations, helping them develop viable business models and grow sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions on Business Model Canvas, business plan development, marketing, entrepreneurial finance, leadership, digital transformation and pitch techniques.
• Mentor individual entrepreneurs and cooperatives throughout the project’s entrepreneurial pathway.
• Adapt training materials to the local context and ensure alignment with the Senegalese ecosystem.
• Collect feedback and report on participant progress to project coordinators.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+4 degree in entrepreneurship, management, economics, finance, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in training and supporting entrepreneurs, SMEs, cooperatives or social‑economy structures.
• Strong knowledge of entrepreneurial development tools and the Senegalese business environment.
