About the role
The Excel and Power BI Trainer will design and deliver on‑site training sessions for corporate and individual learners in Dakar. The role involves preparing materials, leading hands‑on workshops, and adapting content to various skill levels.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and update training materials on Excel and Power BI, reflecting best practices and new features.
- Lead interactive workshops, assess learner needs, provide feedback, and answer participant questions.
- Collaborate with the broader team to refine training programs and support client success.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, including data modeling, dashboards, and reporting.
- Experience delivering technical or software training to adult learners in a classroom or corporate setting.
- Clear, confident communication skills and ability to explain complex data concepts in simple terms.
