Expert / Consultant ISO 21001

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ISO 21001 Expert/Consultant to lead the implementation and certification of management systems for professional and technical training centres. The role will be based on a hybrid model operating between Senegal and Ghana, supporting organisations across West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy ISO 21001 standards and guide institutions through certification.
• Conduct gap analyses, map processes, define KPIs and develop documentation.
• Perform internal audits and prepare clients for external certification audits.
• Provide advisory support on ISO 9001 integration where relevant.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in industrial, mining or heavy‑equipment environments.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in ISO 21001 implementation, support or audit for training organisations.
• Hands‑on experience with ISO 21001 deployment and certification in West Africa.
• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Experience with ISO 9001 is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial, mining or heavy‑equipment sectors is advantageous.
