Facilities Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Lead to drive operational excellence across our offices in Senegal. Reporting to the Regional Office Management Lead, you will ensure our workplaces run smoothly and provide a great experience for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Regional Office Management Lead in coordinating and supervising office operations across the region.
• Lead office expansion and real‑estate projects: coordinate searches, site visits, landlord engagements, lease tracking, renovations and fit‑outs.
• Maintain day‑to‑day office management standards and supervise Office Management teams.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, repairs, health & safety compliance and workplace readiness.
• Manage fleet activities, including maintenance follow‑up and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate administrative processes, monitor supplies, equipment and furniture procurement.
• Assist with vendor management, contract follow‑up, quotations and cost negotiations.
• Prepare budgets, operational reports, presentations and trackers.
• Organise logistics for office projects, relocations and workspace setups.
• Support travel coordination and act as backup for the Regional Office Management Lead when needed.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• High level of autonomy and responsiveness.
• Experience in facilities, office management or real‑estate project coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to supervise teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
