Facilities Lead – Office Operations & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Lead to ensure our offices in Senegal run smoothly and support our mission of making Africa cashless. Reporting to the Regional Office Management Lead, you will drive operational excellence across multiple sites, overseeing day‑to‑day facilities, real‑estate projects and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Office Management Lead in coordinating and supervising office operations across the region.
• Manage office expansion and real‑estate projects: coordinate site searches, landlord engagements, lease tracking, renovations and fit‑out activities.
• Oversee day‑to‑day facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, health & safety compliance and workplace readiness.
• Supervise Office Management teams, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely execution.
• Handle fleet management activities such as maintenance follow‑up, vendor coordination and documentation.
• Coordinate office administrative processes, improve operational procedures and maintain tracking systems.
• Monitor procurement and stock of office supplies, equipment and furniture.
• Support vendor management, contract follow‑up, quotations and cost negotiations.
• Prepare budgets, operational reports, presentations and management updates.
• Organise logistics for office projects, relocations and workspace setups, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with travel coordination and administrative logistics for teams when required.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with a proactive and autonomous approach.
• Experience in facilities, office management or real‑estate project coordination.
• Ability to supervise teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
