Fashion Designer

About the role

Kashkha is seeking a full‑time remote Fashion Designer to create modest fashion collections that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and values. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to bring designs from concept to finished garment.

Key responsibilities

• Sketch and refine design concepts for seasonal collections and special capsules.
• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and surface embellishments.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams.
• Create detailed technical specifications and drawings.
• Oversee fittings, review samples on diverse body types, and ensure comfort and quality.
• Research modest‑fashion trends and monitor global market preferences.

Required profile

• Strong fashion design sense tailored to modest and global markets.
• Knowledge of textile behavior, drape, durability, and climate suitability.
• Experience with embroidery and surface‑embellishment techniques.
• Proficiency in fitting and sample correction.
• Ability to produce clear technical drawings using design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote multicultural teams.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or equivalent experience.
