Finance Internship – Banking Compliance Support

About the role

The Finance Intern will support the Compliance Treasury Analyst in bank accounting compliance and ensure financial statement accuracy related to bank accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Financial Team with financial analysis of profit and loss, balance sheet, and other non‑financial metrics.
• Support day‑to‑day accounting requirements and coordinate standard reports such as monthly financial analysis.
• Help with the annual budget process, quarterly forecasting and monthly updates.
• Research best practices, provide recommendations and assist with implementation.
• Collaborate with country finance and business partners to improve processes and efficiencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Recent graduate (no more than 2 years post‑graduation).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to practical solutions.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading).
