Finance Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial function of a hospitality operation. Reporting to the General Manager and ownership, you will act as a trusted advisor, driving profitability, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial strategy.
• Partner with the General Manager and owners on commercial decisions and capital‑expenditure proposals.
• Prepare and analyse management reports, dashboards and KPIs to improve operational performance.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits, tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, cash‑flow forecasting and banking relationships.
• Strengthen internal controls, identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Director of Finance or senior finance leader within the hospitality industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior operational leadership.
