Francophone Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French and English speaker to join TalentPop App’s global support team. As a Francophone Customer Support Representative you will assist French‑speaking customers remotely, delivering high‑quality service through email, chat and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, account, and other customer‑related issues efficiently.
• Deliver empathetic, solutions‑oriented service that aligns with TalentPop App’s standards.
• Accurately document all interactions and updates using CRM and support platforms.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and proficient English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in remote customer service, BPO, call centre, e‑commerce or similar.
• Stable internet connection (≥25 Mbps), personal laptop/desktop with i5 processor and 8 GB RAM, quiet workspace and headset.
• Reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
