French Bilingual Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a French‑bilingual Business Development Representative to generate new sales opportunities within the French construction market. You will proactively contact key decision‑makers, introduce our high‑quality construction equipment, signage and safety tools, and build lasting relationships to expand our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential construction industry clients using specialized databases.
• Conduct strategic outbound phone calls to major French construction groups and regional players.
• Present company services and capabilities to purchasing and project managers.
• Gather and maintain accurate contact information and interaction history in the CRM system.
• Send targeted digital product catalogs to qualified prospects after initial conversations.
• Act as a brand ambassador to raise awareness in the French construction market.
• Meet performance targets with the possibility of bonus compensation.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong outbound calling and prospecting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for recording and tracking sales activity.
