French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global e-commerce team. In this fully remote position you will interact with customers via phone and live chat, delivering clear, friendly assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate support to French- and English-speaking customers through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide users step-by-step, and ensure successful resolution.
• Document every interaction in the ticketing system.
• Identify recurring problems, share feedback and help improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
