French-speaking Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide inbound support for a mobile phone rental service provider in France. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location with a stable internet connection.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and address inquiries related to mobile phone rentals.
• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional communication.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure a positive experience.
• Accurately document each interaction following internal guidelines.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards throughout the workday.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1).
• Previous experience in customer support, especially handling inbound calls.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Stable wired internet connection (LAN).
• Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or macOS 14 (minimum).
• Processor ≥ 1.8 GHz, 8 GB RAM, and at least 10 GB free disk space.
• Wired USB headset.
