French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while upholding our standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support in French and English through voice calls and chat sessions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes and provide effective resolutions.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in remote customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or comparable support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
