French‑Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while delivering a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in French and English through voice calls, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and provide effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools, processes and overall experience.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in remote customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
