Golf Service Associate – Player Experience

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Golf Service Associates to join the Topgolf team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from check‑in through the end of their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and reservations, and answer questions about the venue.
• Provide detailed information on gameplay, current promotions, and available amenities.
• Assist guests with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for play.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area and support fellow team members during busy periods.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make guests smile.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional player experience.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a high‑traffic environment.
• Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, not required.
