Head of Sales – French Territory

About the role

AnyVan is looking for a hands‑on Head of Sales to own the French market. You will build and lead a high‑performing B2C sales organisation, driving revenue growth while staying on the floor with your team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a commercially disciplined sales organisation that delivers sustainable revenue growth and strong conversion rates.
• Own end‑to‑end sales performance, including forecasting, pipeline management and target achievement.
• Develop phone‑based agents, team leaders and managers into a cohesive, scalable team through real‑time coaching and structured development.
• Set clear KPIs, run regular forecasting and pipeline reviews, and use data to diagnose issues and make rapid commercial decisions.
• Stay visible on the sales floor, jump into deals, unblock problems and support the team in real time.
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Service and Transport to improve customer outcomes and refine sales tools and scripts.

Required profile

• Thrives under pressure with tough targets and tight timelines.
• Obsessed with the relationship between activity, conversion and revenue and knows how to move each lever.
• Comfortable digging into call details while also designing larger‑scale sales systems.
• Brings energy, discipline and pace, leading with both warmth and edge.
• Fluent in French and English, with proven leadership experience in fast‑paced B2C sales teams of 50+.
