About the role

The HR Business Partner at Olam Agri acts as a strategic bridge between human‑resource functions and business operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you will align HR initiatives with the company’s growth objectives, foster a culture of continuous performance improvement, and support talent development across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to assess workforce needs and ensure HR strategies support business plans.
• Lead talent management activities, including performance management, succession planning, and professional development programs.
• Oversee employee‑relations matters, handling concerns promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour legislation.
• Contribute to workforce planning and organizational design to improve structure and efficiency.
• Utilise HR analytics to monitor key performance indicators and provide insights that boost employee engagement and organisational performance.
• Coordinate with specialised HR teams—compensation, learning & development, recruitment—to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of HR generalist experience with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory practices.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Business‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable HR outcomes.
