HR Supervisor / HR Manager – Dakar, Senegal

About the role

Transsion Holdings is expanding its Senegal office and seeks experienced HR professionals to lead talent strategy and operational excellence. The positions report to senior business leaders and will shape people initiatives in a fast‑growing multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, engagement and retention programmes.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits administration and compliance with Senegal labour law.
• Drive performance management, learning and development initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organisational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience for the Supervisor role; 5+ years with supervisory experience for the Manager role.
• Fluent in French; English is a plus.
• Currently based in Senegal and authorized to work.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Senegal labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations and HR operations (payroll, benefits, compliance).
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
