About the role

Sunu Code, a training centre focused on applied digital skills such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, automation, web and mobile development, and office tools, is looking for an Instructional Engineer to design learning pathways and certification processes. Reporting directly to the President, you will shape curricula and assessment tools for both individual learners and corporate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end training programmes, from pedagogical objectives to learning materials.
• Write competency reference frameworks aligned with industry standards.
• Develop assessment devices and evaluation grids to measure learner outcomes.
• Collect training needs from client organisations and translate them into actionable course specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+4 (Master’s level) in education sciences, training engineering or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in instructional design or professional training development.
• Proven experience authoring competency frameworks and evaluation grids.
• Familiarity with the digital sector and its skill requirements.
• Fluent French; reading proficiency in English is a plus.
