Integration Manager

About the role

The Integration Manager leads the onboarding and integration of new Focus Partners Wealth offices while supporting the ongoing integration of existing locations. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless transition, client retention, and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership throughout the office integration process.
• Deliver consistent, high‑level service to teams joining the Focus Partners Wealth culture.
• Offer in‑depth training on tools, processes, and resources.
• Support day‑to‑day integration operations from due diligence through acquisition, including data conversion and pre‑close repapering.
• Assist post‑close transitions to Central Portfolio Management.
• Maintain strong knowledge of custodial relationships with Fidelity, Pershing, and Schwab.
• Advocate for integrating teams and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with custodian transition teams and delegate tasks across the firm.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports, documentation, and planning materials.
• Participate in recurring and ad‑hoc meetings focused on operational efficiency.
• Create training and development plans for Integration team members.
• Maintain accurate client communication records in the CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading integration or onboarding projects.
• Strong understanding of custodial relationships and wealth‑management platforms.
• Excellent collaboration skills with advisors, data analysts, and client‑service leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to unique transaction requirements.
• Effective communication and advocacy for integrating teams.
