Junior Project Officer – Internship in Dakar

About the role

I&P Ecosystèmes, the ecosystem‑building arm of Investisseurs & Partenaires, is looking for a Junior Project Officer to join its Dakar team for a six‑month internship starting September 2026. You will support the Operations Manager in delivering training, mentoring and advisory programmes for SMEs and ecosystem actors across Sub‑Saharan Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy training programmes for SMEs and support structures.
• Monitor mentoring and e‑learning activities.
• Organise working sessions with experts and stakeholders.
• Provide logistical support for bootcamps and cohort events.
• Manage cohort recruitment campaigns.
• Contribute to funder reporting obligations.
• Support commercial proposals and programme development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (engineering school, business school, IEP or equivalent).
• Strong interest in African development, impact investment and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent written and spoken French; good English.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, autonomous and adaptable.
• Valid internship agreement from your institution.
