Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team and help us "go beyond" and "grow together". In this role you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our most important partners, ensuring their satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and manage strategic partners, presenting our product suite and demonstrating its business value.
• Oversee the closing process and optimize revenue potential for each account.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records in the CRM system and track conversion rates.
• Provide operational support to partner companies, assisting with daily challenges and problem‑solving.
• Support the launch of pilot projects, onboarding new partners and ensuring smooth integration.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English and French.
• Proven experience in key account management, business development or B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.

Required skills
