Learning Design Specialist (V.I.E)

About the role

Join Canal+ International in Dakar as a Learning Design Specialist on a V.I.E assignment. You will create, develop, and continuously improve engaging learning experiences that support business performance and organizational transformation across Canal+ Afrique and MultiChoice.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse learning needs together with business stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
• Design learner‑centric programmes using instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and blended learning.
• Develop digital, virtual and face‑to‑face training solutions for onboarding and ongoing development.
• Produce storyboards, learning paths, facilitator guides, e‑learning modules and supporting materials.
• Integrate interactive elements like quizzes and simulations to boost knowledge retention.
• Ensure all learning content aligns with business objectives and adult‑learning principles.

Required profile

• Under 28 years old and eligible for the V.I.E program.
• National of an EEA country or otherwise eligible for V.I.E.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to collaborate with SMEs.
• Passion for innovative, learner‑focused training solutions.
