Lubricants Portfolio & Pricing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Lubricants Portfolio & Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy and margin optimisation for both B2C and B2B lubricant products. The role will strengthen price lifecycle management, provide market insights and support data‑driven decisions to protect profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and cost‑of‑goods‑sold impact to build pricing benchmarks and performance dashboards.
• Develop and execute price increase actions, set sell‑out pricing guidelines by channel and ensure pricing discipline.
• Manage pricing tools, models and governance, run simulations and support pricing review forums.
• Provide pricing inputs for forecasting (IBP), track performance versus plan and report margin evolution.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Supply and Marketing to align strategy with execution and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor volume, margin and profitability by SKU/channel and drive corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in pricing and P&L management.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and translate data into actionable recommendations.
