Manufacturing Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee production operations in a high‑performance, world‑class environment. The role combines hands‑on equipment supervision with team leadership to ensure quality, efficiency, and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise preparation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machining, processing, assembly, and packaging equipment.
• Ensure production meets specifications, schedules, cost targets, and loss reduction goals.
• Monitor product quality, manage rework, and generate accurate daily production reports.
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse production team, setting daily and weekly performance targets.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Apply continuous‑improvement methodologies (Open+, Lean, TPM) to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Oversee machine setup, calibration, and equipment installation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to resolve recurring issues.

Required profile

• National Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising or leading teams.
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Proven track record in a world‑class manufacturing setting using Open+, Lean, or TPM.
