About the role
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with the organization’s objectives. This role oversees all advertising, promotional activities, and the coordination of marketing teams to drive brand awareness and product growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities.
- Conduct market research to identify requirements for existing and future products.
- Analyze customer insights, market conditions, and competitor information.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products.
- Expand and maintain marketing platforms, including social media.
- Monitor productivity, budget, and ROI of marketing projects.
- Prepare pricing strategies and marketing presentations.
- Liaise with media, advertising agencies, and the sales function.
- Stay updated on industry best practices.
Required profile
- Business or marketing‑related degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing and managing marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Technical marketing competencies.
- Data analysis and management tools.
- Experience with marketing‑related software applications.
