National Consultant – Information Management & Data (6‑month, Dakar)

About the role
The consultancy will provide time‑bound information management and emergency reporting outputs to support regional preparedness and response monitoring for Ebola Virus Disease and other public health risks in West and Central Africa.
Required profile
- Advanced university degree in data/information management, public health, social sciences or related fields.
- Minimum two years of professional experience in information management, data analysis, emergency reporting or related areas.
- Experience supporting humanitarian preparedness, response monitoring or public health emergency reporting.
- Proven ability to consolidate, quality‑assure and analyse data from multiple sources and produce clear reporting products.
- Experience at the international level, preferably with UNICEF or the UN system.
- Fluency in both French and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS or similar geographic visualisation tools.
