O&M Operator - Kolda

About the role

Renvolt is expanding its solar portfolio in Senegal and needs a dedicated Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Operator to support the Kolda site. You will provide on‑site technical support, ensure rapid response times, and keep both the photovoltaic plant and surrounding green areas in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain green spaces surrounding solar photovoltaic installations.
• Operate and service agricultural and gardening machinery such as tractors, implements, and brush cutters.
• Run photovoltaic module cleaning equipment, including robots and manual cleaning tools.
• Provide transversal support to the broader O&M team.
• Maintain and ensure availability of all tools and equipment required for daily tasks.
• Keep common areas, access routes, and work zones clean and safe.
• Follow all Hygiene, Health and Safety regulations and obtain a medical fitness certificate.

Required profile

• Experience with large‑area deforestation or land‑clearing activities.
• Proven ability to handle agricultural and gardening machines.
• Willingness to support additional O&M activities for solar plants.
• Readiness to travel within Senegal as needed.
• Valid Senegalese driving licence.
