OTM Coordinator

About the role

The Office of Transportation Management at Georgetown University is seeking an OTM Coordinator to support daily operations of its transportation programs. This on‑campus position serves as the primary point of contact for the customer service desk and handles administrative tasks across Hoya Transit, Smart Benefits, and parking subscription services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day transactions for all OTM programs, including Hoya Transit and parking subscriptions.
• Perform data entry and generate ad‑hoc reports using basic MS Office tools.
• Serve as the front‑office point of contact, addressing patron inquiries and de‑escalating tense situations.
• Oversee the annual parking renewal process and support increased front‑window activity.
• Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager and Director of Transportation Management.

Required profile

• High school diploma with some college coursework or equivalent combined education and work experience.
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor with the capacity to handle difficult patron interactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to perform data entry and generate simple reports.
