Partnership Coordinator

About the role

The Partnership Coordinator will support Blue Ventures’ Partner Network in Senegal, helping to expand and strengthen collaborations with civil society organisations and NGOs working with coastal communities. The role involves developing partnership strategies, identifying new partners, and travelling frequently to remote sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement partnership strategies to grow the partner network.
• Identify, assess and engage potential civil society and NGO partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing partners, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Support partners with funding, technical assistance and organisational development.
• Travel regularly to remote coastal communities, adapting to weather‑ and tide‑dependent schedules.

Required profile

• Experience in partnership development or coordination, preferably in the environmental or fisheries sector.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to remote locations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple time zones.
