Porter (Janitorial) – Facility Cleaning Specialist

About the role

Topgolf is seeking a reliable Porter to keep its venues clean, safe, and welcoming for guests. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene across all public and back‑of‑house areas, ensuring a pleasant experience for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, dining areas, kitchen spaces, and other venue zones.
• Empty trash receptacles and manage proper waste disposal.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors while performing routine maintenance tasks.
• Monitor cleaning‑supply inventory and alert the team when reordering is needed.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support a safe, welcoming environment for guests by following health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and efficiency in cleaning tasks.
• Physical fitness and stamina for repetitive manual work.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Previous experience in a similar janitorial role is preferred.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
