About the role
We are looking for a Remote Customer Outreach Associate to support outbound calling and appointment‑setting for fast‑growing U.S. businesses. You will engage leads, explain services, and schedule appointments while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company CRM and dialer.
- Engage leads professionally, follow approved scripts, and handle objections.
- Schedule appointments directly into internal calendar systems.
- Maintain accurate call logs and lead records in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach performance goals.
- Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, and team meetings.
- Provide timely follow‑up communication with prospects.
- Support additional outreach and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Fluent English with a confident phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal and customer communication abilities.
- Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls.
- Organized, self‑motivated, and performance‑driven.
- Reliable internet, electricity, laptop/PC, and smartphone.
- Previous telemarketing, appointment‑setting, or call‑center experience preferred but not required.
