Remote Customer Outreach Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Outreach Associate to support outbound calling and appointment‑setting for fast‑growing U.S. businesses. You will engage leads, explain services, and schedule appointments while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company CRM and dialer.
• Engage leads professionally, follow approved scripts, and handle objections.
• Schedule appointments directly into internal calendar systems.
• Maintain accurate call logs and lead records in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach performance goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions, call reviews, and team meetings.
• Provide timely follow‑up communication with prospects.
• Support additional outreach and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a confident phone presence.
• Strong interpersonal and customer communication abilities.
• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls.
• Organized, self‑motivated, and performance‑driven.
• Reliable internet, electricity, laptop/PC, and smartphone.
• Previous telemarketing, appointment‑setting, or call‑center experience preferred but not required.
