Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French-English speaker to join our remote customer support team. As the first point of contact, you will assist French-speaking customers via phone, live chat and email, delivering friendly and effective service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bilingual support (French & English) through voice calls, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
