Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global customers. You will handle inbound voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning issues into positive experiences while working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot order tracking, product questions and technical problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Ability to use CRM systems for tracking and reporting.
