Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. In this position you will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support platform.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Reliable internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar e‑commerce support tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
