Remote Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical, results‑driven Google Ads Expert to join our fast‑growing remote team on a contract basis. You will own the end‑to‑end paid‑search strategy, building and scaling campaigns that generate qualified leads while maximizing ROAS and lowering CPA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Conduct deep keyword research, craft compelling ad copy and manage bidding strategies.
• Set up conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and ensure data flows correctly into Google Analytics 4.
• Perform A/B testing, monitor performance metrics and produce data‑backed reports for the team.
• Allocate and track advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI across multiple accounts or internal projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads Certification (highly preferred).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data, spot trends and implement actionable optimisations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and proven effectiveness in a remote work environment.
