About the role

The Agency for Francophone Universities (AUF) in West Africa is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate international cooperation initiatives from its office in Dakar, Senegal. This position offers the opportunity to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment focused on development and education.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor strategic funding opportunities and analyse local and international calls for proposals.
• Prepare technical, administrative and budgetary proposals for large‑scale projects in close collaboration with donors.
• Provide methodological support, facilitate workshops and strengthen the capacities of regional project teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in project engineering, political science, international relations or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in designing and managing international cooperation projects.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, dynamic and committed environment.
