Sales Manager – Dakar (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts in Dakar. You will combine sales and account‑management duties to help businesses adopt our cross‑border payments platform and drive repeat transactions. The role mixes office work with frequent field visits across Senegal.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate customers using existing and new acquisition channels.
• Convert leads into long‑term clients and nurture relationships to generate repeat payments.
• Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring they understand and use the platform effectively.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow‑up sessions to trigger first‑time payments and support early adoption.
• Engage with onboarded, inactive, and churned accounts to reactivate, upsell, and improve satisfaction.
• Monitor customer usage, address issues, and provide data‑driven insights to the commercial team.

Required profile

• Results‑driven and self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with corporate clients.
• Data‑oriented mindset, comfortable using metrics to guide decisions.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the country.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
